To the Communist Party of Canada
Dear Comrades,

On behalf of the Central Committee of the Norwegian Communist Party (NKP), we extend our warmest and most fraternal greetings to the Communist Party of Canada as you convene your 41st Convention and mark 104 years of steadfast struggle in the service of the working class, peace, and socialism.

Your Party’s long and courageous history—rooted in the revolutionary traditions of 1921—stands as a powerful testament to the enduring strength of Marxism-Leninism and proletarian internationalism. In a period marked by deepening capitalist crisis, intensifying exploitation, imperialist aggression, and the rapid erosion of democratic rights across the world, the CPC’s consistent leadership in defence of workers, Indigenous peoples, oppressed nationalities, women, youth, and all exploited and marginalized groups remains an inspiration to communists everywhere.

Today, as the ruling class in many countries—including our own—intensifies repression, foments division, and deepens its ideological offensive, the unity and coordination of the international communist movement is more necessary than ever. The CPC’s unwavering commitment to building a broad, and class-conscious movement for socialism contributes significantly to this global struggle.

We are confident that your 41st Convention will strengthen the Party’s ideological clarity, organisational capacity, and revolutionary determination. May your deliberations further equip you to confront the challenges of the present moment and advance the struggle for a socialist Canada—a goal whose realisation will contribute to the liberation of working people everywhere.

Comrades, we know that victory will ultimately belong to the organised working class. Let us continue to march forward together—united in internationalist solidarity, firm in our convictions, and unwavering in our shared belief in the inevitable triumph of socialism.

We wish you a successful convention and renewed strength for the battles ahead.

With fraternal greetings and solidarity,

Saul Mullard
International Secretary of the Norwegian Communist Party (NKP)
